At the Waffle House Employee Webstore, we want you to wear your uniform with pride, so if your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your employee account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
